Before the Conference

Upload Your Company Logo

To include your logo on our conference printed and digital materials, please make sure we have a copy of your company’s current logo. Please upload it here or email Jeff Sheldon at jsheldon@huskeralum.org.

Submit Your Introductory Video

Your 60-second video introduction or “infomercial” will be your first opportunity to introduce your company to the CAMMPers and the first chance to make an impact. They will be shown at the beginning of several CAMMP attendee sessions.

You can be as simple or creative as you would like with the content of your video. You can record a personal greeting, show a “commercial,” record a slide show, etc. – the 60 seconds are truly yours to do what you want with.

But, to be most effective, we suggest you keep your video short and fun! Use audio and music that will engage attendees. This is your first impression at the conference! Make it a good one.

Your sponsor intro video should be 1920×1080 (HD) in either a MP4 or MOV format. To keep us on schedule please adhere to the 60-second time limit.

Once your video is complete, please upload it to this link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/mJ0GIGDEZ2TNWFbRuS12

Deadline to submit your Introductory Video – Friday, May 31.

Shipping Information

If you are sending exhibit materials prior to the conference, please ensure your materials arrive between July 1-12 and are clearly labeled with your company’s name in sticker or marker on the exterior packaging. For return shipping, you will need to bring pre-paid shipping labels. Please know you FedEx or UPS account number. Conference organizers will be able to drop off boxed/labeled items.

AFTER HOURS – WHAT TO KNOW

CAMMPers and sponsors are welcome to informally network at After Hours Wednesday night of the conference. After Hours are not funded by CAMMP, and they are optional for conference registrants to attend.

Individuals that participate will be responsible for covering their own expenses. If interested, sponsors have the opportunity to “host” After Hours, or buy a round for the group. But remember, After Hours is open to all attendees and sponsors. This is a great time to catch up with your clients and meet other CAMMPers you might not be currently working with to socialize and network in an informal, relaxed atmosphere.

Promo Item Giveaways & Thursday Raffle

If you would like to bring a special promo item to give to all CAMMP attendees, we encourage you to do this at your exhibit table during attendee-sponsor sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.

Additionally, if you are planning to conduct a business card raffle to give away a main prize (past prizes have included things like iPods, portable speakers, Amazon gift cards, trip vouchers, products from the sponsor’s company, etc.), we will do that at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 18.

This is entirely voluntary, but does allow sponsors to pull the names of their winners and get additional exposure at the conference. Please let us know ahead of time if this is something you are planning to do. Email Jim Perrus at jperrus@umd.edu.
