The career journey is difficult to navigate, especially for recent graduates. Alumni struggle to find satisfying employment while employers and recruiters have empty positions they can’t fill. With CareerShift, students and alumni find jobs and internships, research companies, and network with industry professionals. With our newest program, Alumni Playbook, we take networking to the next level, connecting alumni with recruiters and providing additional resources to advance their careers. Ultimately, we help alumni associations build lifelong alumni engagement by providing the career services they want. These relationships also enable us to create a scalable pool of quality candidates that help employers and recruiters fill their talent needs.
