About the Conference

The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference.

The conference is traditionally hosted in July on the campus of a member institution. This year the conference will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder July 11-13, 2023. There is a limit of three CAMMP members from each institution who can attend for free. An institution may bring additional members for a fee of $150 per person. Attendees must be active members of CAMMP whose job responsibilities align with our membership requirements.

Conference Details

Hotel Information

There will be two official conference hotels this year. Don’t worry, the Millennium Hotel is not one of the options. (If you know, you know!)

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder (Preferred Hotel) | 2601 Canyon Boulevard, Boulder, CO

Hilton Garden Inn Boulder | 2701 Canyon Boulevard, Boulder, CO

Use the button below to access the official CAMMP conference block.

Transportation Information

Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately 45 minutes away from CU-Boulder. There are several options available to you to get from the airport to Boulder.

We HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of the Univeristy of Colorado’s partnership with Eight Car Black to get to Boulder. Uber/Lyft fares tend to be highly variable.

Eight Car Black (Private Transportation) | $55 one-way

Uber/Lyft | Approx. $50-175 depending on the time of day

Public Transporation (Bus Route AB1) | $10.50, approximate travel time is 70 minutes. You will also need a short Uber/Lyft to the hotel from the bus station in Boulder.

Scholarship Information

The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference costs. However, in recent years many potential conference attendees – as well as conference veterans – have encountered budgetary and/or supervisor approval barriers that have prevented them from attending the annual CAMMP conference.

To address these barriers, a CAMMP conference scholarship program was launched in 2019. The scholarship will help to cover travel and lodging expenses for the 2023 conference. The committee will evaluate submissions, and the CAMMP Board of Directors will make the final selection.

Completed applications must be submitted by April 26, 2023. Selected recipients will be contacted after May 12 and an announcement will be posted to the CAMMP listserv on May 26.

For the 2023 CAMMP Conference at CU-Boulder, scholarships will be capped at $1,000, per recipient, for eligible travel expenses. Click here to view the terms and conditions of our scholarship program.
