About the Conference
The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference.
The conference is hosted in July on the campus of a member institution. This year the conference will be held at the University of Michigan from July 22-24, 2025. There is a limit of three CAMMP members from each institution who can attend at the base rate of $100 per attendee. An institution may bring more team members for an additional fee of $250 per person above the three. Attendees must be active members of CAMMP whose job responsibilities align with our membership requirements.

Conference Scholarship
The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference costs. However, in recent years many potential conference attendees – as well as conference veterans – have encountered budgetary and/or supervisor approval barriers that have prevented them from attending the annual CAMMP conference.
To address these barriers, a CAMMP conference scholarship program was launched in 2019. The scholarship will help to cover travel and lodging expenses for the 2025 conference. The committee will evaluate submissions, and the CAMMP Board of Directors will make the final selection.
The application will open on March 14, 2025. Completed applications must be submitted by April 25, 2025. Selected recipients will be contacted after May 12 and an announcement will be posted to the CAMMP website on May 26.
We will award two scholarships for the 2025 CAMMP Conference at the University of Michigan. Scholarships will be capped at $1,000 per participant for eligible travel expenses. The conference registration fee will be waived for scholarship recipients. Click here to view the terms and conditions of our scholarship program.
