CAMMP Conference Speaker Proposal
CAMMP is a community for sharing ideas and continuously learning from each other. We are looking for CAMMPers to share your experiences and provide insight to your peers at the 2025 CAMMP Conference. Whether you feel like you are an expert in a topic or have a success story you want to share, we want to hear from YOU.

Speaker FAQs
What happens when I submit a proposal? | You will receive acknowledgment of your proposal or recommendation upon submission. Your proposal will be sent directly to the CAMMP Programming Committee to be reviewed and thoughtfully considered. Please note that due to a long conference planning cycle, it is possible your submission may be used as a conference topic or CAMMP Fire webinar at a later date.
How long are presentations? | Presentation time slots will vary by in-person conference and typically range from 45-60 minutes total. Sessions are offered in three different ways (stand-alone, 2-3 presenters per topic or panels) and vary depending on topic and availability.
Will I need to provide my own technology? | No, the conference will provide all audio and visual needs. A member of the CAMMP Programming Committee will work with you to determine any additional needs. All slide deck presentations will be due approximately one month prior to the conference and will need to be submitted in both PDF and PowerPoint.
