2023 CAMMP Conference

The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference. The conference is traditionally hosted in July on the campus of a member institution. Attendance to the conference is free for up to three CAMMP members from each institution who can attend, but attendees must still be active members of CAMMP whose job responsibilities align with our membership requirements. Attendance is free.

Registration is now open!

The annual CAMMP conference is one of the highlights of the year for members of our organization. It provides invaluable opportunities to network with fellow CAMMP members as well as dozens of vendors who sponsor the conference costs. However, in recent years many potential conference attendees – as well as conference veterans – have encountered budgetary and/or supervisor approval barriers that have prevented them from attending the annual CAMMP conference.

To address these barriers, a CAMMP conference scholarship program was launched in 2019. The scholarship will help to cover travel and lodging expenses for the 2023 conference at the University of Colorado-Boulder. The committee will evaluate submissions, and the CAMMP Board of Directors will make the final selection.

APPLY NOW

Completed applications must be submitted by April 26, 2023. Selected recipients will be contacted after May 12 and an announcement will be posted to the CAMMP listserv on May 26.

For the 2023 CAMMP Conference at CU-Boulder, scholarships will be capped at $1,000, per recipient, for eligible travel expenses. View the CAMMP scholarship guidelines.

"The highlight of every year is our annual conference where CAMMP members gather for three intense days of learning and networking."
