Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 21st annual Council of Alumni Marketing and Membership Professionals Conference. This year’s conference is July 11-13, 2017 at the University of Colorado Boulder.

This event brings more than 100 Alumni Association marketing decision-makers from throughout the country together to discuss current issues and share insights about affinity relationships, membership and other revenue opportunities. Marketing directors and managers from Alumni Associations in the ACC, American Conference, Big 12, Big Ten, MAC, PAC 12 and SEC are among those who regularly attend. Your corporate sponsorship allows you to participate in some of the conference activities, provide promotional and informational materials for our participants, and support an annual event that brings Alumni Association Marketing professionals together.

Sponsorship for the 2017 CAMMP conference is only a $2,000 investment in your company’s success. Registration and payment must be received by June 1, 2017 to receive all of the benefits of your sponsorship.

2017 CAMMP Sponsorship Details

  • Listing as a sponsor on the CAMMP website and in the conference printed materials.
  • Complete list of attendees’ contact information for one email OR direct mailing either before or after the conference.
  • Unique opportunity to briefly introduce your company to attendees in the form of a live “commercial message.” Each sponsor will be assigned a 90-second “spot” at the beginning of the conference where you can give a brief overview of what your company is all about. Creativity is highly encouraged as our participants look forward to this every year!
  • 8×10 on-site exhibit space with pipe and drape, one 6 ft. table with linens and two chairs (Standard power [110v] and wireless Internet available upon request).
  • Guaranteed exhibit time with all conference attendees on July 12 & 13.
  • Four designated sponsor representatives (but please note, only three sponsor representatives may be present at exhibit table at one time).
  • Lunch with attendees on July 12.
  • Attendance for up to four sponsor representatives at the July 12 conference dinner offering a chance to spend the evening building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Opportunity to mix and mingle with attendees at designated “After Hours” locations.
