This position will oversee the strategic direction of volunteer-driven alumni engagement programs. The Assistant Director for Reunion Programs will be responsible for working with reunion classes to achieve the attendance goals set by the reunion volunteers and the Alumni Association. This position will also work on a number of other events and reunions throughout the year, with a focus on event planning and execution, alumni engagement and volunteer management. The Assistant Director for Reunion Programs will be responsible for strategic planning, volunteer management, event planning, and event execution. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and technological skills. Research and analytical skills are also desirable.
